This Privacy Policy explains how [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as Meagan Nunez ("Meagan Nunez", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit this website, fill in a form or application, register for an event, buy a program or join one of our communities (the "Services"). Read it with our Terms of Service.

01Information we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and the social media handles you share with us.
  • Applications and forms: your answers, including information about your business, goals and experience.
  • Purchases: the offer you bought, payment plan, order history and limited payment details such as card brand and last four digits. Full card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us.
  • Events and programs: registrations, attendance, progress, and what you post or submit inside a program or community.
  • Communications: emails, messages and support requests you exchange with us.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, campaign parameters and timestamps.
  • Cookies and pixels, as described in section 5.

02How we use information

  • to review applications, deliver the programs, events and products you sign up for, and give you access to them;
  • to process payments and manage payment plans;
  • to send confirmations, reminders, receipts and program updates;
  • to send marketing about our offers where the law allows, with an opt-out in every message;
  • to measure our advertising and understand which pages and campaigns work;
  • to answer questions and provide support;
  • to prevent fraud and abuse and keep the Services secure;
  • to comply with law and enforce our Terms.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and marketing the Services, your consent (for example for non-essential cookies and marketing where required), and compliance with legal obligations.

03How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • With service providers that run the Services for us under contract: website, checkout and database hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email and text message delivery, scheduling, video and community platforms, and analytics and advertising platforms such as Meta.
  • With co-hosts and coaches who deliver a program you join, only as needed to deliver that program.
  • With authorities or other parties, when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.
  • With a buyer or successor, as part of a sale or transfer of the business, subject to this Policy.
  • With anyone else, with your consent.

04Automated tools

Some of the tools that help us run the Services, such as writing assistants and transcription, use AI models operated by their providers. When we use them, only the information needed for the task is sent, and providers process it under their own terms.

05Cookies, pixels and advertising

We use essential cookies to keep pages, forms and checkouts working and to remember your session. We also use analytics cookies and advertising pixels, including the Meta pixel, to measure visits and the results of our ads and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. You can control cookies through your browser settings and limit ad personalization in your Meta and Google ad settings.

06Retention

We keep personal information for as long as you are an active lead, member or client and as long as needed to deliver the Services, then delete or de-identify it. We keep purchase, billing and tax records for as long as the law requires.

07Your rights and how to use them

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, access it, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of marketing, targeted advertising and profiling.

Email your request to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will verify your identity before acting, and you may use an authorized agent. We respond within the time the law sets, generally 30 to 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and if the appeal is denied you may contact your state attorney general or data protection authority.

08California and other U.S. states

In the last 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet and network activity, approximate geolocation, and professional information you share in applications. We collect them from you, from your devices and from the services described above. We use them for the purposes in section 2 and disclose them only to the recipients in section 3.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the information of consumers under 16. Using advertising pixels may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws; you can opt out of it by emailing us or by using a browser-level opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control.

09International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers store data there. If you use the Services from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where the law requires a transfer mechanism, we use one it recognizes. EEA and UK residents may also complain to their local supervisory authority.

10Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls on the systems we use, and providers that maintain their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

11Email and text messages

You can unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help; message and data rates may apply. Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

12Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will delete it.

13Changes

We may update this Policy. The effective date above shows the current version. For material changes we will give notice on this page and, where the law requires, by email before they take effect.
