Q1The venue
Austin's No. 1 dance club
The walls stay where they are. Most of what's inside them, the lighting rig and the whole floor plan included, gets rebuilt a couple of times a year, so the room you remember might not be the room you walk into.

Where the night happens

Q3The paperwork
Third in the US, and it got there fast
The doors opened in 2021 and it's been on DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs every year since. It came in at #39 in the world in 2023, then #28, then #27. This year it's #31 worldwide and #3 in the US, with only Echostage in DC and Club Space in Miami ahead of it. The Austin Chronicle named it Best Dance Club in Best of Austin 2026 too.
Q4Getting here
8509 Burleson Rd
Building 1, #100, Austin, TX 78719, right by the airport's south terminal. Park in the lot out front (first come, first served) or in the paid overflow next door at 8511 Burleson Rd. If you've got VIP, you park by the VIP patio entrance off Daniel Alexander Rd, except after it's rained.
One more, and the tow trucks really do take this one seriously. Don't park across Daniel Alexander Way on the Ferrell Gas and gas station side.
Where rideshare drops you, coat check and lockers, first aid, and which cards the bars take. Until they're up here, email info@concourseproject.com and a real person will tell you.
Q5Before you go
Ask it here first
Where is The Concourse Project?
8509 Burleson Rd, Building 1, #100, Austin, TX 78719, right by the south terminal at Austin-Bergstrom. Open it in maps.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final, and buying a ticket means you've agreed to that.
If you dispute the charge with your bank or do a chargeback anyway, you're automatically banned from buying anything from The Concourse Project, RealMusic Events and Seismic Dance Event again. Email us first, seriously.
I can't find my ticket.
Check spam first (it's always spam). Still nothing? Email info@concourseproject.com and they'll find it and send it again.
What's the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?
Just the price. GA Tier 1 and GA Tier 2 get you exactly the same night. Each tier only has so many tickets, so whichever is the cheapest one still showing, that's the one you want.
If a show is sold out, can I buy at the door?
No. There are no extra tickets at the door, so if you're thinking about it, buy it now.
I'm under 18. Can I come with a parent?
Sorry, no. Everyone has to meet the age on the ticket, parent or not. Most nights are 18+, some are 21+, and every listing says which. See all events.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes. You can send tickets to friends and family from your See Tickets account at seetickets.us. Only send them to people you actually know, because the venue can't step in if a transfer goes sideways. For anything else, See Tickets support is the one to ask.
I left something there. Now what?
Email info@concourseproject.com with what you lost and roughly where. They'll check lost and found and tell you how to pick it up.
Can I leave and come back?
No. Once you're in, you're in until you leave for good.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, the lot at 8509 Burleson Rd, first come, first served. The paid overflow lot is next door at 8511 Burleson Rd. VIP ticket holders park by the VIP patio entrance off Daniel Alexander Rd, except after rain.
Don't park across Daniel Alexander Way on the Ferrell Gas and gas station side. You'll very likely come back to an empty spot.
Can I bring my own water?
No outside water or bottles, sorry. There's free water at the jugs inside, so drink up.
What ID do I need?
Any of these, as long as it's yours:
- State issued driver's license
- Passport
- Uniformed services ID card
- Foreign driver's license
- Expired driver's license together with a state issued temporary (paper) ID
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Yes. It's wheelchair accessible and has ADA bathrooms. If you need an accommodation, email info@concourseproject.com and tell them what would help.
Guests in wheelchairs with VIP admission can use the backstage VIP viewing area and lounge. There's no reserved seating, but the risers along the back and sides of the VIP area work best. Wheelchairs cannot block aisles, right of ways or fire lanes. VIP restrooms cannot accommodate wheelchairs; the standard indoor restrooms have accessible stalls for every ticket type.
What are the house rules?
Be decent to everyone and everything in the building. The rest is detail.
- Consent is key. No one touches anyone without consent.
- No flash videography (flash photography is fine).
- No loud talking on the dance floor.
- No crowd surfing. No moshing.
- No cigarettes indoors, ever, or in a crowd outside. Vapes are fine.
- No throwing objects or liquids.
- No food inside. Eat it outside.
- No unauthorized vending.
- No being boring at the rail.
- No littering. Recyclables in recycling, not the landfill bins.
What items are prohibited?

- Weapons or anything usable as one (permitted concealed carry included, this is private property)
- Pepper spray (held at the box office for pickup on exit)
- Scary full face masks
- Outside food or drinks
- Illegal or harmful substances; non-compliant medications, vitamins or supplements
- Gum, paint pens, whistles or sound-making devices, laser pointers

- Professional recording gear or unauthorized photo, video or audio beyond a phone or compact camera (no DSLRs, detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or audio recorders)
- Pets (as much as we love them)
- War bonnet headdresses
The venue can turn away anything else, or change the rules for a specific show, at its own call.
What's allowed, but only sometimes?
- LED and flow toys on the upstairs mezzanine, the outdoor patio or field events (unless an event says otherwise)
- Hand fans, as long as they do not make sound over the music
- Full face masks for specific artists
- Parasols at outdoor events only
- A licensed law enforcement officer may carry a firearm at all times and in all places in the state of Texas
Nothing for that one. Email info@concourseproject.com and the box office will sort you out.
