Questions
Are tickets refundable?
All sales are final. No refunds at any point. A bank dispute or chargeback leads to a ban from future events with The Concourse Project, RealMusic Events and Seismic Dance Event.
What is the difference between Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3?
Nothing but the price. Tiers of the same ticket type give the same access. Each tier has a set number of tickets, so buy the lowest priced tier that is still open.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No. We do not release extra tickets at the door, so get yours before they sell out.
What ID do I need?
This show is 18+. We accept a state issued driver license, a passport, a uniformed services ID, a foreign driver license, or an expired driver license together with a state issued temporary paper ID.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible with ADA bathrooms. Guests in wheelchairs with VIP tickets can use the backstage VIP viewing area and VIP lounge. The VIP restrooms cannot fit a wheelchair, so use the accessible stalls in the indoor restrooms.
What can I bring?
Bags up to about 10 by 10 inches, hand fans, and LED or flow toys upstairs on the mezzanine or out on the patio. No hydration packs, outside drinks or water bottles, glow sticks, laser pointers, gum or professional cameras. Free water is inside.
Can I leave and come back?
No. There are no ins and outs during the event.
Where do I park?
On our lot at 8509 Burleson Rd, first come first served, or at the overflow lot at 8511 Burleson Rd for a fee. Do not park across Daniel Alexander Way by the gas station, cars there get towed.
